Terms of Service
Last updated: August 7, 2026
These Terms govern your use of the AumniVIDA iOS app, website, and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Who these Terms are with:the operating legal entity for AumniVIDA has not been finalized. Once it is, these Terms will be updated to name the entity and its registered address. Until then, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the team that operates AumniVIDA, which you can reach at the address in the Contact section.
The Service
AumniVIDA helps you capture, review, store, and revisit your own health and medical information. Inputs may include photos and scans of documents, voice recordings, text notes, and manual entries. Automated systems may suggest structured details such as observations, lab values, vitals, dates, and providers for you to review.
Medical disclaimer
AumniVIDA is a personal health-record tool. It is not a medical device, not a healthcare provider, and not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified clinician about your health and before acting on anything you see in the app. Never disregard or delay professional medical advice because of information in the Service. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.
Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorized access. You must be at least 13 years old and meet any higher minimum age required where you live. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Your content
You retain ownership of the documents, images, recordings, notes, and records you submit. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the Service for you. This license ends when the content is deleted, subject to reasonable backup, security, and legal-retention periods.
You must have the right to submit your content. Do not upload another person’s sensitive, private, or health information without their permission.
Sharing
If you create a share link, the records you selected become available to anyone holding that link until you revoke it. You are responsible for deciding what to share and with whom.
Automated processing and accuracy
Document, voice, and text recognition may be incomplete or incorrect. Values, units, dates, and clinical terms can be misread. You are responsible for reviewing suggested details against the original source before saving them, and for deciding whether the information is appropriate for your situation. Do not rely on the Service for safety-critical or medical decisions.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the Service, interfere with its operation or security, access it through unauthorized automated means, reverse engineer it except where law expressly permits, upload unlawful or infringing content, impersonate others, or use it to harm another person.
Availability and changes
We may update, add, limit, or discontinue features. The Service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, security, or reasons outside our control. During prerelease or first-user testing, features may change and errors may occur more often.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account through the app. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the Service, comply with law, or address a material violation of these Terms.
Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, or fit for a particular health outcome. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, or loss of profits arising from the Service. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot legally be limited.
Applicable law
Governing law and venue will be set once the operating legal entity for AumniVIDA is finalized, and these Terms will be updated at that point. Until then, these Terms are governed by applicable law. Any mandatory consumer-protection rights and forums available to you where you live remain unaffected.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service changes. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when required. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
