Protocols

Run your body on the best science.

A protocol turns an evidence-based framework into rules the engine runs on your own graph: the thresholds it watches, the targets it scores and the guidance the coach follows.

  1. 01

    Install

Browse the library and follow up to five protocols for free, or the full expert library with Pro. Rank them, and the higher protocol leads wherever two differ.

  2. 02

    Calibrate

Each protocol tunes the engine to its own science. Longevity focus flags labs older than 120 days. DASH flags blood pressure older than 14 days. Sleep consistency flags a 30-minute shift in sleep.

  3. 03

    Score

Every week, each protocol reports how many of its targets you met, measured the way it defines them. The scorecard also shows the evidence grade and any conflict with another protocol you follow.

  4. 04

    Coach

Your active protocols brief the coach. Your care team’s directives and your own goals come first; then every answer follows the frameworks you chose.

Reference ranges

Choose the science behind your ranges.

A population range sorts people into normal and abnormal. Pick the guideline scheme AumniVIDA reads your values against, and every chart shows the named bands and their source.

Lipids
ACC/AHA, ESC/EAS, and intensive lipid targets with LDL below 1.8 mmol/L (Pro)
Blood pressure
ACC/AHA 2017, ESC 2024
Glycemia

Fitness and body
ACSM VO2max and body fat, WHO bone density

Predicted versus measured

Test the protocol against your own blood.

Between two lab draws, AumniVIDA predicts how your eating should move LDL, triglycerides and vitamin D, then shows the measured change next to the prediction. The gap tells you whether the protocol works for you.

  • Food context on 15 biomarkers

Open LDL, HbA1c, ferritin, vitamin D, B12, urate or hsCRP, and AumniVIDA shows the dietary levers in your own meals that move it.

  • Links from your own nights

The insight engine tests late meals, alcohol, caffeine and training load against your sleep, HRV and readiness, once it holds at least 14 nights of data.

  • Weekly diet-quality scores

AumniVIDA scores your week against HEI-2020, the NNR 2023 food score, the Baltic Sea Diet Score, the Planetary Health Diet Index, MEDAS or DASH, and grades every health dimension with the WCRF evidence framework.

The library

19 protocols, and one you build yourself.

Every protocol cites its sources and carries a badge naming who compiled it. AumniVIDA writes its protocols from published guidelines and research; community-compiled frameworks say so on their badge.

My protocol

Build your own scorecard from targets, constraints and timing, and AumniVIDA scores your week against it like any other protocol.

Guardrails that stay on

  • AumniVIDA checks the medications on your graph against 51 published drug and food rules, from FDA labels and NIH fact sheets, and points you to your prescriber or pharmacist.
  • Your care team’s directives rank above every protocol, and only a clinician directive tightens the blood pressure alert threshold.
  • Protocols for a condition, such as DASH for blood pressure, work best set up with your clinician. Diagnosis and treatment decisions stay with you and them.
