About
Why AumniVIDA exists.
AumniVIDA started as one person's attempt to make sense of their own health data. Now it is becoming the intelligence engine for everyone who runs their health that way.
A note from the founder
I have spent years trying to make sense of my own health data. Lab results from different clinics in different countries, imaging on discs, notes from visits, a ring that tracks my sleep, a blood pressure cuff on the shelf. Each piece lived in a different place, in a different format, and each one stood alone.
Some of my questions were simple. Most were not. Is this value moving? I answered that one by hand: typing lab results into a spreadsheet, converting units and charting them myself. The charts held whatever I typed in, went stale the moment I stopped updating them, and knew nothing about how I had slept, trained or eaten in the weeks before each draw. The questions that mattered more never got answered at all. Did something I changed move that value? Which of the things I do (sleep, training, food, a supplement) actually show up in my numbers? Is the protocol I'm following working for me?
The effort decided what got done. When every answer costs an evening, you ask fewer questions, and you stop tracking what you can't analyze anyway. Make the analysis effortless and the motivation flips: every meal you snap and every lab you add sharpens the picture, and tracking starts paying you back.
Until recently, that kind of synthesis took more time and expertise than most people have: a physician, a dietitian and an analyst working from the same data, the kind of attention premium longevity programs are built around. Frontier AI changes who can have it. A model that reads a lab report in any format, and an engine that holds years of data in one graph, can now do continuously and privately what used to take a team.
It also changes what taking care of my health means. It feels closer to training than to treatment: set a direction, change one thing, measure, adjust, week after week. A lab draw becomes a checkpoint in a loop I run, and I can finally see which changes move the numbers. When I bring in a doctor or a coach, they join that loop with the whole trend in front of them: what I've tried, what moved and what didn't. We spend our time on the next step.
AumniVIDA is the tool I wanted: one health graph that reveals what moves my numbers, runs the protocols I choose against my own data, and lets me share the relevant part with the people helping me. I am building it for everyone who runs their health this way.

The vision
Self-directed health, with clinicians on the same page.

01
Understand
AumniVIDA converges every value into one graph and trends your history against your own baseline, with each source and reference range one tap away. This is the app today.

02
Optimize
See what moves your numbers and act on it. The insight engine tests your meals, alcohol, caffeine and training against your sleep and HRV; protocols score your week; predicted-versus-measured labs check a change against your own blood. Guided experiments on your own biology come next.

03
Collaborate
When you bring in a clinician or a coach, they work from the same current, sourced graph you do, limited to the part you choose to share. Decisions start from the whole picture, and healthcare moves from a yearly snapshot to a continuous partnership.
Principles
The rules AumniVIDA runs on.
2.1
Your data is yours
Ownership is a property of where data lives and what you can do with it. Your graph lives on your iPhone, and export and deletion both work.
2.2
Sources over summaries
Every number links back to where it came from, so every value in your graph is one you can check.
3.1
Compare you with you
A value against a population range says whether you are typical. A value against your own history says whether something changed.
3.2
Explain from your own data
The coach explains what your graph shows, what has moved and what in your graph relates to it. Diagnosis and treatment decisions stay with you and your clinician.
3.3
Grade every claim
Every link between what you do and what you measure carries its evidence, and the engine calls a correlation a correlation.
4.1
Science you can run
A protocol turns a framework into rules on your own data, and your own blood tests whether it works for you.
5.1
You decide who sees what
You share on purpose, item by item and person by person. AumniVIDA records every access, and your graph opens exactly as far as you choose.
5.2
Urgent readings come through
Quiet modes reduce noise, and a reading that crosses a safety threshold goes to the top of your Action Center every time.
