Protocols in AumniVIDA
Run your body on the science you choose.
Choose the protocols you want to follow, from Mediterranean eating to Zone 2 and Blueprint-style longevity. AumniVIDA sets your targets, scores each week against your meals, workouts and labs, and briefs the coach so its answers follow your choices.
01
Choose the protocols you want to follow.
Follow up to five protocols for free, or access the full expert library with Pro. Put them in priority order so AumniVIDA knows which one takes precedence when their rules differ.
02
Apply each protocol's targets and thresholds.
Each protocol defines what AumniVIDA tracks. Longevity focus flags labs older than 120 days, DASH flags blood pressure readings older than 14 days, and Sleep consistency flags a 30-minute shift in sleep.
03
Review your progress each week.
Every week, each protocol reports how many of its targets you met, measured the way it defines them. The scorecard also shows the evidence grade and any conflict with another protocol you follow.

Predicted versus measured
Compare protocol predictions with your next lab results.
Between lab draws, AumniVIDA predicts changes in LDL, triglycerides and vitamin D from your recorded eating. It then shows your next measured results beside those predictions so you can investigate where they agree or differ.
Review dietary context for supported biomarkers.
Explore dietary factors relevant to supported biomarkers, such as LDL, HbA1c, ferritin, vitamin D, B12, urate and hsCRP, alongside your recorded meals and wider health priorities.
Investigate patterns in your sleep and wearable measurements.
The insight engine tests late meals, alcohol, caffeine and training load against your sleep, HRV and readiness, once it holds at least 14 nights of data.
Weekly diet-quality scores
AumniVIDA scores your week against HEI-2020, the NNR 2023 food score, the Baltic Sea Diet Score, the Planetary Health Diet Index, MEDAS or DASH, and grades every health dimension with the WCRF evidence framework.

Build a protocol around your own targets.
Build your own scorecard from targets, constraints and timing, and AumniVIDA scores your week against it like any other protocol.
Keep safety rules active across every protocol.
- Review relevant medication-and-food guidance drawn from published sources, with notes directing you to your prescriber or pharmacist.
- Your care team’s directives rank above every protocol, and only a clinician directive tightens the blood pressure alert threshold.
- Protocols for a condition, such as DASH for blood pressure, work best set up with your clinician. Diagnosis and treatment decisions stay with you and them.
