Asking the coach

Asking the coach

What the coach can answer, how you see its work, and how every answer starts from your own data.

The coach answers questions about your own health graph, from your own graph: labs, sleep, recovery, activity, meals and the protocols you follow.

What to ask

Anything about your own data. Has my ferritin been dropping? Does my HRV look different in weeks I train hard? How does a late dinner show up in my sleep? Which foods would close my fiber gap this week? What changed since my last panel?

How it answers

The coach queries the data it needs with dedicated tools for biomarker history, sleep, recovery, activity and nutrition, then writes an answer from the results. You watch each step run, and every answer shows its sources: the records you attached, your protocols, directives and goals. Charts in an answer plot your real values.

Proposals

Sometimes the coach proposes a change to your settings, such as an alert threshold. The proposal arrives as a card, and the setting changes only when you accept it.

Where your clinician comes in

Diagnosis and treatment decisions belong to you and your clinician. When a question needs one, the coach says so and gives you the facts to bring: what changed, since when, and from which records.

Privacy

The coach reads the parts of your graph a question needs, after you consent in the app, and uses them for that answer alone. Data from Apple Health and Oura joins the conversation when you switch on coaching with imported data.
